Imagine a 10-year-old kid walks into a titty bar and orders a shot of bourbon. How much "Due Process" would a bouncer need before removing the kid from the premises? Shouldn't the kid be allowed a hearing to explain his side of the story?
Maybe he was just thirsty! Maybe he just likes bourbon! Maybe he's seeking asylum at the titty bar! Maybe he just likes titties! I bet a slick lawyer could win the case for the kid!
So basically, Grok told me that Barry cheated! Barry didn't wait for them to get inside the titty bar, he was bouncing their asses at the door!

First of all, detention is where the due process that “the blue people” (i like that. i think i’m going to use it myself.) swear isn’t happening is happening. During detention, law enforcement agencies verify that they have the right person, whether or not they are wanted for or have been convicted of other crimes in addition to entering our country illegally or overstaying their otherwise approved visit. This is how we can be fairly certain that they’re not deporting US citizens, and that they are being returned to their home country and/or to the authorities to whom they belong.
Furthermore, the blue people reflexively oppose anything and everything that Drumpf says and does. They have no value system of their own. They just hate Drumpf. They have reversed their position on EVERY MAJOR ISSUE just because Drumpf’s policies aligned with their previous thinking. Everything that they hate him for is something that they cheered and idolized previous democrats for doing the exact same thing.
The law that Drumpf is using to expedite deportation was signed into law by Bill Clinton and used by Barrack Obama to deport more illegal immigrants than any other president in history; more than most ant two presidents combined actually. Obama awarded Tom Homan a medal for his service, and the blue people are only calling him a Nazi now because he’s doing the exact same job under Drumpf.
They are all emotions all the time and have abandoned any need or desire for facts. So much so that they have become the crazy conspiracy theory party. When you post links to empirical evidence that contradicts their nonsense, they call it fake news. They have chosen ignorance. It’s wholly inappropriate to call them “liberals” anymore. There’s nothing that remains of classic liberalism in the modern left.

Your premise for the kid in the bar is flawed. Due process for the kid in the bar is carried out by the bartender and the bouncer. They have been given the legal authority to keep alcohol out of the hands of anyone below a certain age and therefore are required to execute due process accordingly. If the bartender is suspected of supplying alcohol to anyone underage, due process dictates an investigation and proof beyond a reasonable doubt like an admission of guilt. If the bartender feels like he's falsely accused, due process dictates he has the right to defend himself in front of a judge. There is already a pre-established set of rules that need to be followed in a variety of different ways and administered at different levels of society. Due process is not a one-size fits all solution where everything is argued before a judge
