The reason Tim Walz says ICE isn't law enforcement, is simple. He wants his sacrificial sheep to continue harassing them, obstructing them, attacking them and dying! The best way to do that, is to constantly delegitimize them. He feels it's political gold for him and obviously, there are a WHOLE bunch of people on here that support it!

Why? Because ICE is operating outside of the law, and technically, these thugs are not really ICE agents, they're deputized mercenaries. In order to be an ICE agent, you have to complete a 22-week training course at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, know as FLETC, in Brunswick, Georgia. These idiots have not.

What these fuck ups DO have is the promise of immunity from any prosecution or accountability, a promise that disregards every principle the Constitution was written for and every court is supposed to protect. Well, every court except the ones with Trump flunkies are appointed to, that is, though there are a very few who have maintained their own personal integrity as well as that of the law. That's certainly NOT the case on the SCOTUS.

Uh, actually you do. A weapon is usually immediately removed from a crime scene and photographed, then secured. It is also common practice to release photos to the public.

I mean, they are being dismissed for any number of reasons. Mainly because ICE and the Trump administration has been particularly incompetent in making their cases. Last one I think I saw was simply that ICE could not prove that any laws had been broken that would have warranted the arrest.
