I don't know that Sarah Good was an activist. The video showed her trying to get her car away from the agents, and perhaps, because she panicked faced with an armed agent, didn't back away properly, or get out of the car. Pretti appeared to be trying to help a woman overwhelmed by agents.

He did appear to be trying to film what was happening, but he was on his way to work, wasn't he?
