Powerful = rebuild the military. This includes updating the navel fleet as well as polar class ice breaker ships to aid in maintaining polar shipping lanes. A capability pretty much only Russia currently has and China is working towards.

Healthy = fixing the food pyramid and education about nutrition by updating it with knowledge from this decade. As well as banning food dyes and other additives/ingredients known to promote cancers and illnesses which America has more of than other developed nations.

Strong= probably a filler but I guess that one's about "draining the swamp" and Minnesota and the corruption with the news and hedge funds. The efforts to fix esucation by getting hedge funds out of it and making it harder to corrupt come to mind with this one.

Safe = this one's easy, it's about the border and an anti "defund the police" statement. A call out to riots created by special interest groups who fund professional "protesters" to push a political idea.

Like I understand most people can't articulate all this but it's pretty obvious. If you just think about it for let's say 45 seconds on average.
