Look, the Democrats and the Republicans are puppets. They are ran by secret society, corporations, people very rich donors. These donors give money to the Republicans and the Democrats to get them what they want to have done. They want to get rid of the little people, the poor people.

Less than Donald Trump, not on your life. Towards Obama, only if you consider criticisms of Obama to be racist. The birth certificate thing was more conspiratorial than anything and it was started by Hillary Clinton, who, at the time, was good friends with Trump. All of the criticisms of Obama from Trump, that I have heard, have been of the RNC vs DNC variety; and thus, not racist. However, you've got Biden on the record saying that Barrack being a clean, smart, and articulate black man is essentially a fantasy come to life. So even if you ascribe belief in the birth certificate controversy as racist, after all it came from the Clintons who are some of the biggest liars in politics; you would have to admit that statement by Biden is still slightly more racist.
