On one hand, it could be argued that the United States has become less racist during the Biden presidency. Definitely more racist. Everything is about race. People are hired according to the color of their skin or sexual orientation. People complain that black people did not win any Oscars. Maybe the movies they made all sucked? Nobody wants to say that. There is government money available for farmers. The problem is it is only for black farmers.

At least President Trump hired people according to talent. He hired black people but he only hired the most qualified person and if they happened to be black they got the job.

People are the way they've always been. Blacks just came out and showed off their community's racism for everyone to see, document on video, and upload to the internet to be remembered for all of time. Racism in the White community was so absent that the Black community had to fabricate multiple instances of racist attacks which were later proven to be by Black people against their own community which were caught on video tape with security cameras. It's pretty hilarious really.

If you look at polls, race relations in the US actually started to get worse under Obama. Joe Biden has made it significantly worse though.
