LOL, that's a delusion, not fantasy, you have there, kiddo.

The Roman empire was mostly around Italy, not Türkiye.

The former Constantinople was a great city because it was the last bastion of the Christians, but fell due to their divisions. The Muslims made a better city of it, than the Jews or Christians. Hence why it's stuck with the Muslims.

To be "Emperor" you need to have a royal lineage, or be directly involved in great feats. Being able to bullshit as you are, is not a great feat,
