Do you ever see someone who you know is a horrible person get really successful, and wish you could make people realize how they don't deserve it?

There's this guy who I was once in the College Republicans with. One time I went canvassing with him for the day, and the way he was talking about women really disgusted me. Non-stop curse words, and being very vulgar. I can't prove he said anything because it's not like I was recording him riding around in his car in 2008, but not a good human being at all. Meanwhile he ran for Congress twice (lost, but he even got the primary endorsement of McCarthy and Scalise the second time around), got a cushy job in the first Trump admin... and now he has his own firm which by what I have seen when I look up, he must be doing very well financially with. It doesn't make any sense, and I don't understand why a person like this is somehow so successful in Republican politics. I'm sort of in that world myself, and so I've had private convos with plenty of people. He stands out as possibly the most sickening person I've talked to, and nobody seems to care...

Career success is based upon the ability to achieve specific results. He does that and that’s why he’s successful.
His personality is flawed and it cost him elections. The system is working.
Someone doesn’t deserve to die of starvation just because you don’t like the way they talk. If you had evidence of actual crimes, then by all means call the police. But what you’re talking about is called “cancel culture” where you think you should be able to ruin someone’s life just because you don’t like them. Grow up. Lest someday someone decides YOU should suffer and die because they don’t like your personality.
