Facing the brutal truth, acknowledging who I really am, the good and the bad, and finding ways to make the bad part work together with the good part instead of fearing the bad side.

I don't know if i'd call myself succesful but it sure was life changing.

Set a goal, break it down into the most simple steps, obsess about those steps every day. Pick 1-3 things to attack every day
