In general I would put high restrictions and regulations in place onto the companies hosting social media sites, but let the user experience be totally unlimited for the user minus legality and privacy concerns.
I’d ban X. Like, let’s be honest Elon Musk ruined Twitter to the point there’s no value lost if X suddenly got vaporized. In fact, everyone would cheer.

Assuming uchronic consequences going the way I'd want them to, maybe I would try to ban Facebook at the moment of release, around 2004. Because it may have been the gateway to every other mainstream social media. But then I would have to explain how and why someone else than M. Zuckerberg hasn't come up with a similar idea...

TikTok. It’s entertaining, but also dangerously addictive… like it trains your brain to need constant stimulation. I’ve caught some of my friends scrolling without even thinking… that part kinda creeps me out.

  I actually would like to ban all social media websites bwcause it’s bad for the mental health. I wish people could go back to the olden days where people called by phone or meet face to face to speak to communicate

  I can't disagree with you on this one!! It is a shame people don't communicate the way we used to although there are the few occasions in which you encounter people online with whom you create a connection that you probably wouldn't otherwise meet in real life.

  It’s true you can meet great people online but there is too many keyboard warriors online who attempt to stalk, harass, catch fish, attempt sextortion, cyberhack, cyberbully or try to scam other people. It’s a big problem in today’s world and these problems would greatly decrease if the internet didn’t exist.
