Can't you tell when a white skinned person in the west Coast is Latino due to the facial features?

Back then I ran a few ethniticity detection tests using people's faces.

No one scored high lol. People assumed Italian when it was French, English when it was Russian, Norwegian when it was Belgian etc.

And I don't think I'd score better than them for such tests.

Maybe or maby not. You can tell Italians and Spaniards sometimes. They look so much like other Europeans that often you just don't know.

He has a tan here but he is pale. The point is when a Latino has white skin can you tell that they are Latino due to their facial features?

Latinos are definitely not white
