The Billionaire Corruption Amendment. Once anyone reaches a net worth of $10 million, their tax rate jumps to 100%. And existing high net worth individuals have their assets confiscated and sold at public auction. Consider it a claw-back clause to address 50 years of theft by elites who bought Congress.

The Fair Taxation And Dark Money Amendment - My second choice is outlawing tax free status for any religious organization and restructuring our graduated tax structure to remove the Republican tax cuts for billionaires and corporations. Also the capital gains tax is eliminated and capital gains are taxed as ordinary income. Also the carried interest special tax treatment for private equity gets eliminated and carried interest is treat like ordinary income. Also the overturn of the corrupt Citizens United decision gets codified in the Constitution.

Cleaner definition of self government of the people by the people.

Supreme Court aren't high priest reading ancient scriptures. It is political and while it should take a step back as an equal highest branch of federal government power, it still is political. while the house and senate are the main driving force of political power.

Also potential make jury duty members get paid by the federal government. From there make lawyer students go through mock trials with real jury duty peers of the people getting fairly paid. Get people to give a fuck of everyday goings on will give back dividends.

I would say age limits for politicians. They seem so out of touch with even people twice my age.

I will say that we have a rather young representative for our state. So that is good. There are a bunch more that are quite old.

They don't seem to get what the average aged citizen of our state worries about. This is my very naive opinion on politics so take it with a grain of salt.
