in context of your other posts i add: military did not accept lgb until recently. those who oppose lgb did not want them to join military.

I figured since the people here hate me and want me to commit suicide. By joining the service Id be putting myself out there to die which they would want. Like this stuff is crazy what im dealing with. This 1 girl i hadn't seen or spoken with for nearly 10yrs i reached out to. Im Christian or call myself as such, anyway in many of these sermons i had watched the pastor would make refrences to her as if i was pursuing her or had a kid with her etc and im thinking wtf.. Almost like she was being used as a trap for me, only it took me to 2026 to think of her again and now im connecting dots. So thats why I ask because it seems they want to be the so called husband to bathsheba who gets killed when in the field. I have 0 idea why anyone let alone groups of people whom I dont know want me dead

I have no idea of her current relationship status, im not the type of person to get between a couple or a marriage. I dont even like competing with other men for a girl.

most who go to military return alive so that is not relevant.

I was in the military. Fairly common that when guys are on deployment their wives and girlfriends cheat.

Im a unmarried man, but highly disdained by my community. I have heard, its difficult for both individuals, the separation leads to infidelity.

More complicated than that. For the wives on base they are basically bored, the kids go to school and they dont have to work because theyve a house paid for and his wages sent home. Its also a cultural thing with military wives covering for each other and encouraging each other to cheat. If another wife is doing it she's more likely to cover for and assist another wife cheating. Not uncommon for a guy going off on deployment to marry his girlfriend and when he gets back finds she has shacked up with another man and emptied their joint bank account and has to pay alimony and child support if she had a child. I know of one guy that ended up paying child support for a child born 11 months into his deployment, took him years to get the child support to accept it wasn't his and they wouldn't give back the child support they took
