There isn't much confirmed information about the suspect, but he was German-born and of Turkish descent. How Turkish he really was is debatable. He also had a previous criminal record, so I don't think this has anything to do with nationality.

If you had instead presented statistics on suspect rates by nationality in Germany, then we could have had a proper

Based on a rough comparison by population, the suspect rate is about 1.78 for Germans and 6.13 for Turks, meaning the average Turk in Germany appears to be about 3.5 times more likely to be a suspect.

So maybe it's best to take the German guy's advice: stay in your own country.

German state should retaliate against Turkish minority, maybe some random execution of 600 or 6000 or massive deportation of those who don't work. Something that hurts them.
If they try to escalate, more violence, more false flag operations to antagonize Turkish minority, until it turns in a conflict where people in Germany start to think 'it's us or them, so it's better them.'
