What small thing can completely ruin your morning?

For me this morning I was turning on the TV and then quickly going into the shower and coming out to find a Trump speech playing and having to listen to his whiny bitch voice until I could turn it off. One lie after another.

Not a whole lot. Maybe somebody almost crashing into my car on the way to or from one of my jobs might piss me off for 10 minutes.
Trump’s yapping on tv or anything else in the news about him doesn’t affect your life much you choose to react and let it get you all fucked off. You can just say “this guy’s an idiot” and change the channel. When I worked at the bar I often had drunks saying terrible things to me as I told them to leave. Sometimes they would try to punch me. I just laughed in their face and heckled them, especially when there were 2 giant dudes standing behind me. You’re getting pissed off way too much lately, you need to find peace again. It will also be easier for you to help others find that peace when you are not in a reactionary state. I don’t know what you need to do to find that peace, but for some reason I think that Trump is just an outlet for some anger over the past that you can’t let go of. From the little I know about you, I’d say find a woman with a good heart, don’t hurt her and withhold your judgement, learn to accept and give love freely again, and hire the best attorney you can afford so you can see your daughter again. And stop watching the fucking news.

Appreciate your advice. Probably the best thing I can do for myself is to stay well away from women, since every time I get in proximity to one, it turns into a problem. It's not a legal issue that I can't see my daughter. It is my daughter's own choice that I can't see her because I wasn't able to be present in her life for the first ten years of it. There's nothing I can do to affect her feelings, but thank you for considering this.

Yes, I've noticed how much sailing or surfing really takes the edge off. I'm thinking that I might even go surfing today if I can manage to get out of bed.
