Did Joe Biden really have stage 4 cancer, or was it a political cover?

In the final days of his term , Joe Biden was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I never could understand how somebody with access to the best healthcare on Earth did not get diagnosed before it got to Stage 4.

Could it be that since Biden forgot to pardon himself while he was handing out blanket pardons to everyone who could be sent to prison for things that they did while Biden was president. He forgot to pardon himself so the DOJ could investigate him and his son's involvement in influence peddling. He could be sen to prison while his son walks free.

I think that he cooked up this scheme because he wanted the DOJ to think that if he was prosecuted for his crimes he would be dead before the end of the trial.

That’s why they trumped up charges against him for alleged crimes outside of his scope of duties as POTUS. Why aren’t any of the politicians and celebrities named in the Epstein files being investigated and charged?
It’s called oligarchy. Money is power. They have it and we don’t. Pray all you like. Nobody is going to hang for the billions in waste, fraud and abuse. still. blood tests can show that you have it. He has a complete physical probably more than once a year.

I'm having blood tests twice a year. They screen for blood chemistry but there's no guarantee that a cancer will affect that until it's rather advanced.

Not necessarily as normal blood draws just have results for a normal chemistry and many times show no signs of cancer. Generally won't see that in a blood draw unless that is what they are looking for which would be a different test. You should know that after supposedly having heart surgery.
