Did you hear the Norwegian people say that they are going to give the Nobel peace prize to Obama just because he is black?

The answer to that question is no.

Since you guys didn’t hear them say that then you are just assuming he won it because he is black.

What evidence does anyone have that he received it for any other reason? Feelings and speculation aren’t evidence.
The fact is, other than being black and deporting more illegal immigrants than any other president, ever, Barack Obama did absolutely nothing revolutionary or groundbreaking. He was a perfectly average president; neither great nor terrible. The headline excuse was foreign policy, but there too he didn’t do anything that great. Unless you think showing clemency to known terrorist groups who were actively seeking nuclear arms a great thing.
I defy you to name ONE thing Obama did that no other president had ever done.

Nobel prize committee admitted peace prize for Obama was an encouragement to stop conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, but he didn't stop any of them.
Peace noble prizes for warlords seem to be very stupid ideas.
