It's a technically fictional affliction but it involves at least one mental disorder, schizophrenia or anxiety or something like that.

It is what causes people who legitimately think Trump is a fascist, despite clearly not knowing what that word means, or call him and his supporters that hoping those who also don't know what it means comes to enact violence or character assassination upon them.

The logic being that once a fascist takes over, you can only fight your way out of it. But Trump is in no way a fascist other than having a basic sense of not wanting the US to be destroyed.
