Me its when people walk around on their phones without looking around 🙄

General indecision. Sometimes they stare at their phone oblivious. Sometimes they are standing in the aisle at the grocery store and blocking the whole thing, oblivious. My store has some app for everything now and a bunch of sales that are only on the app, so you almost are forced to use your phone there, which is making it worse. But overall, they just seem like they have no idea where they're going or what they need and just move slowly and indecisively for various reasons.

Ask for money, when they do not need it, or when they have their own money. I have seen people ask 3 people in a row for free food gifts, all 3 said yes, but they kept moving to the next victim after the first one bought them food.

it bothers me when professional waiters servers lick their fingers while they’re handling your food or rubbing their eyes with their fingers and sometimes they sneeze too. I don’t like that and they don’t cover their mouth
