Why is ICE suddenly suspending traffic stops after killing 2 people who were not targeted, if their tactics are not in question?

I don't think the agents are just shooting people for fun, as am I'm almost certain the people that got killed did something wrong to warrant shots fired, nevertheless a different approach must be done.

Without body cam footage, there is no way we can jump to any conclusions! What we do know is that ICE agents compared to other law enforcement officials are proportionately killing more people. ICE agents are rewarded using a quota system. That is never a good idea for law enforcement, especially with the inferior level of training that ICE agents receive.
