Obviously this would be pure speculation. We can’t know another’s intent. So it’s difficult to tell when a complete stranger is just confidently wrong versus lying outright. I give most people the benefit of the doubt. With Drumpf, it’s easy to assume he’s just confidently wrong a lot because he’s obviously a bit of an egomaniac. He doesn’t know everything he needs to know, but he would never admit that. Fortunately, the presidency isn’t actually a one person show and Drumpf generally surrounds himself with capable people.
Nevertheless, he still lets dumb sh*t slip sometimes.
One of my favorites came early in his first term when he declared that his administration created the greatest economy in one hundred years, or something to that effect. 🤣🤣🤣 Absolutely ridiculous. I’m guessing he misspoke or misread the prompts. Or maybe, as a wealthy individual for whom our economy has always been designed to favor, he doesn’t really know good vs bad.
I luv reminding conservatives who still tout that republicans are the fiscally responsible party that the federal budget has been balanced exactly twice in the last century; both times under democrat presidents. Also both times, less than a year into the next republican’s term, the economy was out of whack again.
Neither major party is fiscally responsible. They just argue about where our taxpayer dollars should be wasted, and they’re all on the grift. Half of our Congress members are millionaires and three-quarters of Senators are. Despite the rhetoric, NOBODY is pushing to punish insider trading in our government. And NOBODY is even talking about “lobbyists”, which is where the majority of bribes are coming from.
Everyone just wants to be in control of the waste, fraud and abuse. Nobody really wants to end it. That’s why Drumpf dumped Elon’s DOGE team. They sorted out a lot of democrats’ grifts, but got too close to republicans’ grifts. So he had to go.

Look you can fill transparent balloons with CO2 and normal air and compare how the visible light spectrum and thermal radiation get through.

With that amount of CO2 plenty of cities would have perished due to the gas cloud of heavier CO2 replacing the oxygen and suffocating the people.
Also it wouldn't make the effect untrue. We'd just have a climate closer to Venus.
