I'm Canadian and I've never voted for his party but I like him. He's the right person at the right time. Canada needed a finance guy to make trade deals to replace trade with the US and he's come through big time. I honestly don't care about social issues as long as the economy works

I don’t really know who that is without looking up what he looks like but generally, I don’t see what a dumb or smart person might look like. You would have to use some stereotypes that people in suits must be smart or glasses make people look smart or that type of thing. I have never looked at someone and tried to determine their intelligence tho.
