Do you think most people realize that no matter busy someone is, etc that if you actually care for someone, you would initiate contact at times?

Most people aren't that busy and it doesn't take forever to initiate contact. If years pass by and many months and it is a continuous thing, and you have to initiate contact, than that person doesn't care that much/at all. It doesn't matter if they are an introvert. If they cared they would show it.

Texts are super convenient and easy to send, so reaching out can be done very quickly, like while you are sitting at a red light sometimes. Yes, if people care, they can find a few minutes here and there. No one is busy every second of every day.
