Ok, but to answer why DO they treat people cruelly, I believe it´s because they´ve been told it means they are strong, AND they´ve been greenlighted to do so to prove just how strong they are. Doing this makes them acceptable as Mango Molester cult members, and gives them the idea that Daddy Dementia approves of them.

Because they're not the victims and it makes them feel like the tough big men they are not, never were and never will be. Of course, if they were victims, they would attack another major federal building over it in a blink.

They are also incredibly cruel and discriminatory toward people who have literally done them no harm. It's entirely possible to be murdered by these people because of the color of one's skin.
