Should iran make reserviors for oil?

We have reservior for water why not send the unemployed and farmers- whose farms collapsed-

Due to chicken feed and other farm stuffs price skyrocketing 4x the past price! An example trump was right about iran prices. ANYWAY... This caused poultry farms to "not buy chicks, due to can't feed". So growers destroyed thousands of baby chicks. Also sellers destroyed hundreds of parent pairs so less chicks to feed. many farms collapsed and the price for chicken to eat is crazy high. So those farmers...

Can dig reserviors to put oil there- until trump term ends. It won't evaporate like water does? Why not?

I am following this train of thought. In order to prevent someone -who suffered under brutal iran regime, taking revenge to ignite, they will need guard towers and patrols. Guards smoke so when they finish the cigerate... you know- toss it away woops!

How easy would it be to send in a few F-35s especially since Iran has no Air Force and no long range radar and toss a few incendiary missiles into the reservoir?

The difference is wells pump up oil. These would not pump just hold like a reservior.
