Yes. I guess it’s from a child’s perspective; I don’t know how I’d like living in the 80s as an adult. I don’t know if I’m wanting the 80s specifically or just trying to recapture childhood, haha. But yeah, from that kid’s point of view, I loved the 80s. I’m more late 80s though; I was too young to really remember the front half of the 80s. My consciousness kicked in right around the time Madonna first dropped with Like A Virgin.

I wasn’t born in the 80’s so I can’t miss it.
But from what I’ve seen it does appeal to me quite a bit.


I would have loved to have been a teenager or a young adult in that time.

Not really... except they ended up being better than any decades that came after them. And that is shocking because the 1980s were difficult for me and I couldn't wait for them to be over. But we went from the frying pan into the fire.

If I would - there still is no benefit in ''missing'' them. The 80's were the way they were. But now is today. Not better or worse - just different.
