Leaded Gasoline its use isn't worth the cost it brings. Everything else would have major costs to take away, like if Nukes didn't exist Ww3 to Ww4 may of already happened and sure it wouldn't be world ending as Nukes everywhere but these wars could've stretched for years and years with endless lives ruined and living state terrible for those alive, at least today while threat of nukes exist the standard of living is higher than ever.
Equally without maybe the wars would be a good outcome such as being to stop Russia but that's the unknown reality one would make by such removal.

Social media websites like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube because I feel it’s bad for the mental health. Too many keyboard warriors on there and podcasters or influencers spreading false or misleading information.
