What she did, strangling her young children, is wrong. Legally, though, I don't think the prosecution satisfied Massachusetts law, proving beyond a reasonable doubt that she both knew what she was doing and knew it was wrong. I think the trial will end up with a hung jury, and the Commonwealth will not try the case again. Lindsay Clancy will stay in her wheel chair in a mental institution for many years, maintaining the status quo.

Believe it or not, when you go to a doctor, part of their job is to prescribe medications for you that work properly in proper amounts. When that doesn't happen, then whatever you have gone to the doctor for may cause you to have serious problems. Calling people names like "psycho" is not a good description of anything other than your own ignorance.
