Oh for goodness sake, do you have virgin tattooed on your forehead? I'm guessing not, so you being a male virgin is NOT the reason you're single. And sure, women can meet guys who want to sleep with them fairly easily, but it's not so easy to meet a guy you're attracted to who is also interested in more than getting you between the sheets. I can't speak for ALL women, but I personally HATE rejecting guys, it sucks because I know it hurts them and there's no real way to avoid doing it if you're not into a guy. Sorry, but it happens sometimes and don't think women never get rejected, we do.
Suggestion, stop focusing on why women have life so much easier and just work on making your own life easier. You can't trade it very easily and if you did you'd probably find you'd traded in some of the advantages of being a guy for the "easier" life as a woman. My theory, both genders have challenges and advantages the other doesn't, that's just how it is. Accept it, and move on.
Girls have it just as bad in other respects but sometime we men don't realize it because we take what's hard for them for granted because it comes easier to us.
