Why is stating facts that make Black people look bad considered racist, while stating facts that make men look bad isn't considered misandrist?

The left created a new caveat to their oppression Olympics. Since they arbitrarily placed white men atop their pedestal of evil, attacks on white men are considered “punching up”. Which is acceptable because they claim to be trying to tear down the system that benefits exclusively white men. Simple facts that demonstrate that minorities aren’t as oppressed as they claim are considered to be “punching down” and a continuation of perceived oppression, real or imagined. They claim to be trying to uplift the downtrodden. So it’s wrong to even acknowledge that minorities commit wrongdoing, let alone hold them accountable.
