If I was born there, I would simply be the product of my environment I guess?

Since I imagine Afghanistan as a totalitarian environment, I think I would just live in a tunnel, mentally. If I had no education and no ways to explore anything, if my whole environment, parents included, was showing me the world the Manichaean way, with nothing outside or beyond what is ḥarām and what is ḥalāl then I would look at a tunnel with a clear purpose in life. A purpose provided by spiritual leaders, by God, by anything I'm told to believe in.

I'm certain I'd suffer, physically and mentally, in many ways.

But I assume I'd believe I suffer for a reason. Because I'd be told that God has a plan for me, for my peers, for the world and every living thing.

Would it make my sufferings more tolerable? I hope it would, but I can't know that.

I'll never get to know that as I'm born in a place far away from Afghanistan, so far away, on all possible levels.

Plot my escape, get thin as much as possible in order to be able to pass as a guy (having no curves etc).
Shave my hair, fully disguise myself as a guy and then attempt to flee. If it costs me my life so be it.

at first i would be happy to stay at home with family. but as i got older age 7, i would want to go outside with my gaurdian. i would probably get depressed and do suis side.
