Is it true (pls only African people answer it thanks) that many people in africa do not know their actual birth dates. Like they know the year but don't know about the month. Is it true that so many people in africa do not have birth certificates also? Thanks

in almost all African countries they have records so know birth and date.

except congo ethiopia tanzania. or in war zones sudan.

we know 88% have birth certificates because africa is 1 billion people but "100 million" according to bias u. n. estimate, do not have a birth certificate due to fees to make the document or living in a village. so that is around 10% so the other 90% has.

and even without a birth certificate they know their age! just can't prove it. but a doctor can estimate age almost exactly. or by teeth! which fell out which adult teeth came. almost exact estimate.
