What is one thing you want to accomplish simply so you can say, “I did it” ?

For me, I think about this more and more as I get older.

My biggest dream for retirement isn’t a huge house, an expensive car, or traveling around the world. I would love to take whatever money I have saved and use it to build a charitable organization that can help people in different parts of the world.

I want it to be the kind of organization that helps simply because someone needs help. Food for families who are struggling. Clean water where people don't have access to it. School supplies and opportunities for children who might otherwise be forgotten. Help for elderly people who have nobody to depend on. Medical assistance when possible. Maybe even small things that most of us take for granted, but that can completely change someone's day or even their life 🥰


I want to reach the end of my working life and look back knowing that the money I spent wasn't only spent on myself. I want some of it to become meals, education, shelter, opportunities and hope for people I'll probably never even meet.

Maybe that's my version of retirement. Waking up knowing there is still something meaningful to do.

And one day, when I'm old and sitting somewhere thinking about my life, I want to be able to smile and say, I really did it. I actually helped people. ❤️

That would mean more to me than almost anything money could buy.

Probably the same thing that you want to I help people all the time but it's nothing like giving I love giving I love helping people get ahead so if I ever became very wealthy I would definitely feel a lot of people I would help people I would want a place where they could come and get health care knowledge and definitely a place for kids that don't have

Safe place to come to knowing that there's good people there to help them with anything they need help with clothes food shelter any type of schooling

Play Store they can make money so they can get the things they want or need

It takes a lot of money to do that but I mean I went to the store and have bought peanut butter and jelly and bread and sodas to take to the homeless before and even that's something cool

I would just like to say that there are people in America 🇺🇸 who need help with the same things that you are talking about. Even water. I paid $54.00 for some bottles of water and that's a lot of money to me.
I live alone and I'm getting to the point where I am needing help with my life.

I completely understand what you're saying about your dreams, but I just want you to know that there are people like me that need help too.

I've already helped Soooo many people in my long life. So I already feel like I have done what God expected me to do.

But unfortunately I have helped the wrong people and I just didn't know their hidden agenda for me.

I don't know if you already know that my caregiver I had since the COVID-19 days stole almost all of my belongings not once, but twice.

I don't understand why she did that to me because I was always generous with her and appreciative of everything she helped me with. I was always thinking about her and used to give a lot of things to her.🤷🏼‍♀️

She knew that I didn't have a lot of money.

I had to let go of that hurt, which has taken me almost 2 years. But I know that God saw everything that she did to me and I gave it over to Him to deal with her.

I've done most of that stuff. I've never been one to hold back from experiencing everything I can in life, career, travel, sports cars, skiing, jumping out of perfectly good aircraft, war, mountain climbing, relationships.

But one thing I haven't experienced yet is real love and romance. To the point I'm not sure it exists. Or if it does, very few people ever find it with another person. I've become I dunno... lazy? Cynical? Fatalistic? If it happens it happens but, I'm not actively chasing the fantasy any more.

I've already done all of what you've said, I've helped children in need, mostly, every day, for years, mostly those with special needs. I've also helped people in crises, I've saved someone from choking, 2 from drowning from deep water without being a lifeguard, and survived more things then most people experience in a lifetime before I was 20. I also, survived lots of other things after 20 that would freak most people out. I've climbed small mountains, learned how to rock climb. I would love to skydive one day, just to say i did it.
