Repeal the 19th? Ah, the classic mating call of the lonely misogynistic incels.

Maybe we should repeal all men's rights to vote for all the fucked up shit that some of them do too. Amirite?

I mean some men get away with rape, murder, and violent crimes all the time and get off with light sentences or get released early, so fuck all men I guess. Make them learn what it's like to be in a true woman led society because those few men couldn't control themselves.

No... no. People who call for the repeal for the 19th are already dangerously stupid and have a misogynistic agenda against women anyway. The latch on like leeches to any bit of bad news that was perpetrated by a woman as a call to punish all women.

Best to just ignore their ("why can't I start?") breeding calls and return to a sane society that isn't trying to strip rights just because their feelings get hurt a little bit.

@Ez-Bri-Z_v2 I'm not even sure of a crime where women receive longer sentences. 🤷‍♂️

Men can certainly have their lives ruined if a women feels scorned though.

When you have life long registered Democrats, and feminists like Camille Paglia criticizing modern feminism, you know there is a problem.

Categorically false. Crime for crime, men consistently receive harsher sentences than women for the exact same crimes.
Literally NOBODY is picketing and defending men who brutally murder innocent victims. Literally NOBODY is raising MILLIONS of dollars for men who murder their children in cold blood.
Not one state lets male rapists take their child victims to court for child support.
These aren’t astronomically rate anomalies. They are prominent highlights in a shockingly long and disturbing trend. People like you have to minimize the horrific things women do and perpetrate ridiculous false equivalencies to distract from the fact that you live in a world of pure privilege. You actually think women being held properly accountable for their crimes to the same extent as men as “misogyny” and anyone who disagrees must be an “incel”. Non sequitur arguments and ad hominem attacks, all the usual plays for someone who draws all of her ignorant conclusions through her feelings. The facts simply don’t support your BS, and you know it. That is why you immediately resorted to personal attacks.
You’re so accustomed to privilege that equality feels like persecution.

      Frodo,

Dont blame women for that. Blame society seeing all women as victims and this soft/delicate thing that men need to protect. It's often male judges who pass on lighter sentences. There are definitely women who are monsters out there. doesn't mean we repeal all women's rights to vote because of it.

Women can have their lives ruined in other ways. You are just naming one thing.

The difference is the emotional appeal, as the OP just mentioned. Not only are women coddled, but they receive massive support systems even when being in the wrong.

It's why many men are fearful of dating. Women can easily ruin your life through false accusations (I'd know).

Do some men perpetuate it? Certainly.
However, this isn't a male centric issue.
Women hold positions of power, make up the majority of college degrees, make up the majority of judges in many western nations. Etc.

It's partially why many crazy leftist perspectives are so prevalent. Women are generally more accepting in their attitudes even to their detriment.

      Alright, Chaz. Your turn.

You just turning a blind eye to men and women who idolize male serial killers? Those ones dont get people defending them? We don't hear about how Gacy, Bundy, Manson have cults?

Maybe you forgot how republicans lauded the accomplishments of Chauvin who murdered someone?

Just to name a few... wouldn't want you to forget the plethora of others I COULD name.

You want to whine about how privileged I am and then in the same breath talk about how beleaguered men are taking into no consideration the shit that we have to deal with from men, not just including the violent ones.

Men sit from a position of privilege and have all their lives. It's why you are whining about it now.

Things finally are starting to even out where women have more rights than our ancestors did and you want to strip us of any power so that you can be in control again. You've never known a time where men didn't have some sort of power over women whether it be physically or financially.

We fought for where we are today and I will be damned if I will let someone who sympathizes with criminals being charged "too harshly" to take that away from us.

      Frodo,

But who is to blame for that? The woman being coddled or the one who thinks women need to be coddled?

If men are fearful in dating then they are bringing it on themselves. They carry expectations of what they expect women to be rather than live in the reality of each woman wanting their own thing. What works for one doesn't work for another. We are at a place where we have to watch out for each other out of fear that men will spike drinks, drug us, rape us. Of course we need to be cautious from our end. We are the ones taking the most chances. We could end up pregnant and never hear from the guy again and somehow receive all the blame for it. We are expected to act and talk a certain way otherwise we are just a crazy feminist who hate men.

Yes, there are going to be manipulative women just as there are men. The point is, you can punish an entire gender for the mistakes for the few.

As for us holding power, we dont. We have more opportunities for sure than we used to have, but guys like Chaz here try to remind us at every turn that "those rights are a privilege extended by men that should be taken away on a whim". We are not children.

For one, im not arguing for a removal of voting rights, though it would simplify things.

You do realize your argument is simply "well, women are coddled, so it's not their fault, blame the others who support their actions, and not those who do it"

Yet you end your reply with "we are not children"

That's kinda proving our point 🤷‍♂️

      Take responsibility.
      This is a common ploy.
Just look at the Cornell 7 or Lindsay Clancy cases for more high profile examples.

So you are telling me that women are responsible for wanting to be treated like children in your example? Intoxicated "consent" and postpartum depression aren't "women asking to be treated like children". Understanding sure, but not to be insulted and treated like a child.

And I dont condone what Clancy did but ppd is a real thing and often goes under/untreated. That's why she is getting sympathy from other women who have been through it.

I haven't read into the Cornell 7 case to make a decision there but I will say that an intoxicated person can't consent. Simple as that.

If I decided to go to party, get intoxicated, high, and asked for sex by a group of women. I wasn't assaulted, but felt about it, maybe considered myself a manwhore. Then i reported it to campus and ruined those womens lives but admitted it was consensual. Then a couple years later filed a civil lawsuit against those women for sexualy assaulting me.
I doubt many would take it seriously

Or in a worse case. If I walked knowingly into a crime ridden neighborhood wearing expensive items and was then mugged. Certainly a crime would be committed against me. However, am I not at fault and hold responsibility for putting myself in danger?

      So victim blaming is ok?

She deserved it for what she was wearing/saying/doing/breathing?

If you walked into a bad neighborhood with expensive jewelry on, you still would have been the victim of a crime. Please tell me you aren't siding with the criminals on this take.

Nobody should actively put themselves in harms way, but that still doesn't make them any less of a victim.

And again, I have no idea what happened in that case, but I can tell you, once again, that intoxicated people can't consent to sex. For anyone to go through with it knowing she was intoxicated and high just signed their own warrant. I dont care if she drunkenly begged for it. You say no and get the hell out of there.

      This isn't siding with criminals.
This is accepting accountability. Which seems to be an issue with you?
She didn't drunkenly beg for it. She accepted it before any intoxicants. She simply changed her mind about it after and ruined people's lives. That's the issue. This is the fear.
Men now live in a world where they ca have consensual sex with a woman, and then years later she can use it against them because of some form of vindictiveness.

The issue is, you are actually supporting poor decision making. Think of our last conversation about a unified world. You are less interested on what is, and more interested in what ought to be. This is a dangerous mindset.

Yes, I ought to be able to safely walk myself down a street wearing what I want in a dangerous neighborhood. Yet, that sadly isn't the reality. When you out yourself knowingly and willingly into a dangerous situation, you need to accept accountability for your own choices. Would the criminals be at fault? Obviously. Yet, it also wouldn't happened, if I hadn't willingly committed to putting myself in a dangerous place.

We live in a world where a woman can willingly and with full consent accept something. Then for whatever reason (perhaps she was called a slut by classmates), she can not only deny that consent a longtime later. But, she can use the system to attack the situation she willingly put herself in.
With that case, what is the point in a man doing anything with a woman? Anytime you take her out on a date, or approach her to talk, or have sex.. etc is an excuse for her to attack you later (sometimes even years). It's a significant risk.
Should actual crimes be dealt with? YES. Women should be protected. However, that's not we are speaking about.

The order you listed in your prior statement was go to a party, get intoxicated, get high, agree to sex. That implies she was impaired before agreeing to sex. Now you say she wasn't. I already said that I wasn't familiar with the case. All i said was intoxicated people can't consent to sex. That's it.

Democrats are fond of dead people voting so I wish that these dead kids got a chance to vote on this. It sickens me that these children were robbed of their lives but now somehow people are concerned whether or not the mother was crazy or not. It doesn't make the dead kids any less dead either way. Put the cunt to death before the Democrats abolish prisons.

I’d be comfortable with hanging. Even if you don’t get the clean break on the drop, let them hang for a day. Plenty of time to choke them to death plus send a nice, long message to anyone else considering breaking the law.

No we don't need to repeal the 19th amendment, that is just stupid, and when we say things like that we give women a basis for hating us. This execution was handled very poorly, but what can you do.
