I think it is time for him to retire honestly. I think this needs to be said too: We need to have age limits for people in office. I don't care if they are Democrats, Republicans, or Independents. We should not have 80 something year old running the country. President Biden fits into this same category and Trump will soon as well. This is not a political bias towards any one. I am not trying to discriminate against older Americans either. I just think there should be some sort of limit. Let these older people retire and live the rest of their lives as political advisors or something.

Probably the most likely precipitating event is an episode of high blood pressure or chronic high blood pressure. Pass that, I'm not sure.

He probably had a minor stroke but I don't think he did it intentionally.

Maybe nothing, but certainly not Pelosi. Stroke is almost always accompanied by facial asymmetry which he didn't have. He may have had a TIA.
