Why do people hate confronting me on here?

As you know, I post a lot of political questions and often partake in debate.

Even during my first days, I had some accounts block me I never spoke with. I knew because I couldn't answer their questions 🤷‍♂️

Now, many avoid having direct conversations or any sort of confrontation with me. Some (you know who you are) will resort to blocking me, unblocking to send something, and blocking me again. Even had someone try to get me banned from this website.

It's a bit silly. Am I that scary? 😂 do you think I'm mean? I think I am a really fair guy, even if you disagree with me. I've had conversations where I've had to admit a lack of knowledge, or being wrong. I'll be honest 🤷‍♂️

I'll also call out bs when I see it. Is that too aggressive for some of you? Should I just be more submissive to make you more comfortable? 🤔

We've debated a few times and while we sit on different sides of issues, I only felt dismissed once. For the most part, you debate just fine for your takes. I imagine others don't want to get into longer debates to justify their thoughts to you. They just want their original point to be their only point and leave it at that.
