What we see here is first low level political insults and division as a PR stunt.

Second we see a President trying to take over the rights of states and make laws he is not allowed to make. Breaking US law openly.

Abortion laws are state level. It should be noted that while not strictly illegal "late" abortions are almost exclusively done in cases of severe complications or to save mother's life.

What I would qualify as late is after week 24-27. This represents a whooping one in 5000 abortions happen at this stage. They are almost exclusively due to serious risk and health concerns.

However late stage has no real definition. Trump is trying to intrude on laws, that functionally already exist, with non-specific jargon. Every single state already has some sort of railguards against later stage abortions. Him saying so is performative at best and a powegrab it worst. It will change nothing in the former and risk women's autonomy in the latter.

Since political manevouring seems a bit lost here I'll just plainly state that if I tell you to do something I am setting the precdent that I can tell you to do something. In politics this is incredibly bad because there are laws for who is allowed to do each thing. Overstepping like this is in bad taste and, if pushed at all, incredibly illegal. Rights of the states are being infringed upon.

A fetus and a baby are different thing. A 4, 10, 14, 24, 34 and 40 week pregnancy are completely different. In general 24 is the earliest that we can consider it having the potential for life on its own. A brain or senseof pain does not exist yet. Pain happens arpund week 34 to 38. You will not find a single doctor, or myself, arguing in favour of week 36-ish abortions. I can accept it in the unusual case that it saves the mother. This does happen and is why abortion laws are not written as absolutes.

No one is executing babies. There are fringe cased where it is one life or another.

This is a clip of Trump meaninglessly advocating a law that already exists. For an area he has zero right to rule in or dictate. It is a PR stunt and if he so luch as sayd "do this" utterly illegal.

Technically an unborn is not a baby. We call them that as a term of endearment for our emotional bonds. So if you want a strict answer to your questiok that is not relevant to anything said? No, you can not realistically do that as it is an impossible conflict of what the words mean.
