There will be a flood of lawfare suits and impeachment fever to tie up his final two years. Trump will pardon as many supporters as he should with his real pen. Then he will resign, Vance will attempt to fulfill Trump's plans with a hostile Congress and Congress will demonstrate how bad things will be.

Vance will veto all the bad shit that Congress has planned and create gridlock like Ford did. Democrats will eliminate the filibuster and scuttle the country for two years. Vance will not run for president and Mario Rubio will run and win, Congress will flip Republican and the MAGA agenda will continue.

There is nothing to be gained by Trump fighting at age 80. He will totally avoid any law suit against him. He will tactically retreat, lay low, protect his family and businesses and finally enjoy retirement completely out of sight and reach.

If Demo-Socialists prevail in 28, the USA will eventually Balkanize into an authoritarian regime and a stump patriotic USA. There will be gun play at the beginning.

If the democrats win the house there will be an impeachment on day 1. They will block everything that the Republicans will want to do. They will try and defund ICE and try and re-open the border and let millions of illegal aliens back in the country. It will be a real shit show.
