What are some female celebrities that have both small eyes and big lips?

I'm trying to change my makeup so I'm trying to see what celebrities I could borrow makeup techniques from :)

or just some with small eyes so I can see how they do their makeup :)

the only tips I'd recommend is sticking with lighter color shadows and make creamy white eyeliner your best friend for corner of from the last quarter of your upper lid to the corner and the half of your lower lid that opens up the eyes like crazy, and go with a brown or even colored mascaras, they are in, plus with small eyes you can pull em off!
