Problem with ServSafe?

I made an account with ServSafe yesterday, and I bought my course and test today for the food handler's card. But the problem is that I can't access it. It doesn't show up on my ordering history but I have an e-mail confirming the order. What am I supposed to do? I need the card for my job or else I won't be able to start work. This is my first job and I want to make a good impression. Not only is it not showing up, but the site is having problems with my Internet Explorer, it says that it allows pop-ups but I disabled that. I'm so confused. Any help will be very very very much appreciated.

personally I think as long as you have some evidence confirming the order (the email) then you should be fine. hell, you can even take screenshots if you want.

I have the e-mail, but the thing is it won't let me take the course because they're saying I didn't pay for it. If I don't take the course I won't get certified, and then I won't be able to work, and I'll have a horrible ending to my first crappy job lol.

Yes. So can I e-mail them a copy of my e-mail and have them fix it? I need to take the course and the test before next Saturday.

yes you can email it to them or print it out and hand it to them, etc. as long as you show them the proof you should get on the course and test.

I'd have to e-mail it to them because they're located in Illinois and I'm in California. We're gonna call tomorrow because my orientation for work is Saturday and I need it by then. Thank you!
