How do I fix this problem please?

Hi, I used my Google play credit to open my piggy bank but the game crashed. I was charged and I've lost my Google play credit. Please help me solve this problem.

I have been refunded the google play rewards credit. Unsure about my bank as the app is down but will check later 🤗

Well you should of got a receipt throw email saying what was purchased they must of just took your money then

Yeah, sent them an email. Also gone though contacting the support in the game and on their website and nothing yet!

Make sure to bring this up to Google even after it's resolved if you can't find the credit
