My grandma used to say something like ''An empty carriage can be heard in a distance'', which is the same as saying that someone who has nothing in their brains are the ones making the loudest noise/ being hysterical.

I believe that no person is dumb, maybe just acts dumb because they are just not well informed on a certain subject, but still have to give their opinion on a subject. As for being loud that could just be their personality or they so strongly believe that they are right on the matter they automatically rise their voice, it's only normal, we all do it.

Just a matter of opinions.

If the person has a low IQ then he/she just can't help it and many times have learning difficulties. Do you call such a person dumb in their face if they give their opinion?

Sometimes you have to speak loudly to be heard. Some people just speak loudly because they were raised in an environment with a lot of people where they always had to speak loudly. Or that's just their personality. I know people who relate to that quote, but I know a lot more people who don't.

yea my ex-bff was a loudmouth psychopath hoe/frenemy and she was pretty dumb and an attention whore an insecure and jealous of others around her. she was a f***ed up individual not gonna lie. the loudest people are the most effed up in the head.

silent people or introverts are genius and artistic. they observe and watch from afar.

But most people who try to draw attention to themselves are trying to compensate for something they are lacking.

Usually yes, but I've ran into a couple of people who exhibited "Yoda-syndrome." In which they put on a facade of senile stupidity or airheaded-ness but in reality they possess a very keen eye.
