what do you think of girls who wear rings on their fingers?

i only wear one on my right hand, ring finger(is there any meaning to that?), but I've seen girls who wear them on their thumbs, pointer fingers, etc...just wondering what people thought.

I suppose if they wear a ring on every finger, and if they had a bad habit, like making a lot of noise with them, or if they were sharp, I'd want them off. I would also be careful if she had a lot of expensive jewelry, but not overly cautious... It just depends what she's going to be doing, or where she's going.

If she's going to be doing some Habitat for Humanity work, for example, or out in a dangerous area of Detroit at 1am, cut it down to one ring (and not the fanciest one), because at the least, you could lose it, if you don't damage it/have it taken.

Now if she's wearing cool looking jewelry and I'm interested in her, it DOES give me a chance to talk to her.



If she wears it on the wedding finger, I will probably not flirt so much because I will guess she's got someone, but since I don't really flirt that often as it is, it's not a big deal.

Other than what I mentioned above, jewelry is not an issue (until she makes it so). I don't think any less or more of a person because of their Jewelry; ok, granted, If she's wearing one of those "waiting for marriage" rings, I respect that; but otherwise, like I said, my opinion isn't really based off that.

In some cultures the right hand ring finger is for wedding rings rather than the right.

Probably won't matter in America, but would if you were in another country (or were talking with people from another country...)

And it seems to be a custom for Orthodox Christians...

I wear only one ring at a time and I just put it on either middle finger or the wedding ring finger-usually I just pick randomly. It doesn't mean anything just because I put it on my wedding ring finger. I think a girl with loads of rings on is quite off putting.

I wear two rings, one on my right ring finger and one on my left middle finger. Rings are okay, but not when people overload and seriously have one for every finger. That's just ridiculous to me, but that's just my opinion.

Sometimes it can be cute...but most of the time it is just creepy. One time I was in the store and there was a lady who had so many rings on every single one of her fingers was completely covered. I wanted to throw up!

i honestly don't care, but if they have like 10 rings on all fingers---that's overkill---too much bling is just too flashy for me anyways. I wear just one ring as well and it's something that I bought.

on her ring finger I think she is eather married or has a realy, realy close boy friend. than agaion I use to ware a ring on my ring finger because that's the only one it fit at the time.
