How drunk do you get from jello shots?

Okay so I've never had/made jello shots before but I wanted to try it out. But since I've never had them before I'm not sure how drunk you get off them. If you use the standard one box jello, one cup water, one cup vodka recipe, how many jello shots would equal a regular vodka shot (1,5 oz)? Also I'm 5'8 and weigh about 140 lbs, so roughly how many would be too many?

Everyone's tolerance is different. I'm 5'6" 155 pounds and can handle my alcohol better than my brother who is 6', 220 pounds. It takes a lot for me to get drunk whereas for him a couple of beers will give him a buzz.

Jello shots, it depends. I rarely got drunk or a buzz off them because they were pretty little. And honestly, I don't know what you can use to make them since I never made them. Just had them when my friends made them or the bar served them.

Don't make them the only thing available to drink. They'll help the process but unless you do a ton of them you won't get drunk from them. Let them supplement the other drinking.

Probably you should start out by trying 2-3 and wait 30 minutes and if you don't feel drunk have 2 more.

Use everclear mixed with 211 steele reserve instead of vodka. You will only need a couple of shots.

They would be 20% alcohol per ounce.
