I think most guys would feel a bit awkward depending on what stage of the relationship they're in. They would either want to play with the baby too and not pay any mind to the thought of having kids or they would just be awkward with the whole situation and run as far as possible lol. Personally I find it adorable to see a guy that's great with kids but that doesn't mean I want to jump at the chance of having a baby.
I take care of my nephew all the time. When intake him out to wherever most girls are like "oh he's adorable/cute" most guys just look at me weird or look at my nephew and then me. Even though I'm almost 21 I look like I would be in high school that may be why haha
i wouldn't say attractive. but its super cute to the point hed keep bringing up and then brings up our future kids.

There is a difference between enjoying cuddling a baby and wanting children of your own. Being affectionate towards children shows a level of confidence, tenderness and gentleness within herself that not everybody has and willing to show. These personal attributes can be very attractive to some men.
Other men may not give a stuff at all. I must be honest, I have a very close platonic female friend who is single and childless. She used to be antagonistic towards children which was trying to be around. But lately she has softened towards kids and is much better to be around. (she still doesn't want children though).
I do, but I love kids and want some of my own, so finding a woman that is good with kids may be more important to me than other guys.

Can't say about others but when I see my gf hold a baby, I sure find the baby cute whether she's holding it or not and I'd want to hold the baby myself :D

I'd like a girl thats good with children, so if the girl is showing that she is, then I'd be more into her, however I'm not sure I would refer to it as being 'attractive'. At least not how I think a girl would think of it.
I don't find it attractive or unattractive. It's just another activity. I'm not thinking that far into the future when I just like someone or we're in a relationship.

I love babies because they are cute haha past 3-4 i start hating them besides a select few. I think its adorable if a girl is good with a baby

Some do, but it usually doesn't have the effect on men that it does on women when they see a man holding a baby.
I guess any gender would find this attractive.. "People (girl or guy)" taking care of a helpless child is so cute in my opinion...
