I think it's a tough question. I mean, obviously fascism is bad. But what makes someone a fascist? And is it okay to hate them?

if the federal government was abolished and government purely at the state level took over, as was originally planned in this country, then

• the feds couldn't launch wars against other countries
• they couldn't supply weapons and aid to other countries
• they couldn't impose morals on abortion or anything else
• people could live in the kind of place they want to live how they want to live more easily

I don't think it is logical because Charlie Kirk did not believe in murder. He did not go around murdering people with guns who disagreed with him. I think that is like saying if someone believes in the legalization of marijuana and they die because their marijuana is laced with fentanyl, their death is somehow just/appropriate/acceptable. No, in my opinion because that person did not believe in fentanyl laced marijuana. I think if Charlie Kirk believed in murder, then you could argue his murder is just. But that was not the case. What do you think?

I understand some low IQ, smooth brained people will fall for that type of shit but tbh it's long term counterproductive, below the belt & shady.

The canons of ethics REQUIRE a "zealous defense" so for that attorney to do less or otherwise for fear of long term career consequences is dangerous OR it may circumscribe an entire occupation from pursuing public office.

I don't know when I see campaign ads that attack people who were defense attorneys / public defenders early in their career it really pisses me off.

Personally I'm against abortion but I still think we shouldn't make it illegal. We make too many things illegal and it keeps giving the government loopholes to control us more so the last thing we need is more laws.
