It's pretty easy because cars are designed to make it easy. There are so many wrecks because there are way too many people who CAN drive right, but CHOOSE to drive like shit and kill people.

Totally depends on where. Put me in a big town, forget it. Put me in a 4-wd on a dirt rode and I can take u on a ride u won't forget. 😊

Depends on what you mean by good driver. Normal driving in normal traffic is pretty easy.

Rally driving less so.

I think with experience, it's fairly easy, but that does not explain why many people can't do it or don't want to do it.
