It would be highly emasculating for a girl to beat me in arm wrestling or worst yet in real wrestling. Its against human nature for a man to be beaten by a female physically and it crushes his manhood or sense of manliness mentally & physically. But there are some extremely strong women these days, women who can lift over 300 lbs over their head in Olympic Lifting so a woman this strong could easily whip the average man in wrestling or arm wrestling. This would be very humiliating & emasculating for a man.

I ve lost to a women that my arms are much stronger at in the gym. Strength is only half of it. A weaker person can beat a stronger arm with the aid of technique. She had surprising strong wrists though. I not a good arm wrestlers but I can curl a lot of weight
