Guys, How would you react if a woman beat you in armwrestling?

Today I met a woman who was 6'7 at a social gathering. She was a fairly eccentric lady from Denmark. She challenged me to an arm wrestle and at 3 inches taller and 40 lbs heavier and after 90 seconds of intense fighting she beat me on both my arms. I feel so embarrassed as I've never lost an arm wrestle. How would you react?

I know there are a lot of women stronger than me out there, but I would feel embarrassed too.

When I used to go to the gym, some women could lift more weight than me, and I often forced myself to put at least as much weight when I was near them, I know it's stupid, must be some sort of cursed instinct.

I would start training and after a few months I would have a go at her again.

Ha I'm 61 though if I underwent rigorous training I'm sure I could beat her.

She had a lot of specific training for arm wrestling and I did not. I was willing to help her get in practice. Though she was 50 pounds lighter and her arms 4 inches smaller with much less visible muscle she would beat me 4 out of 5 matches. Her wrists were strong and she knew how to use everything muscle she had. She actually made my brachial muscles tire out and feel a lot of pain during the matches. Basically wore me down. At first I was a bit shocked but later I wanted to see if could take her. Sometimes I did but usually lost. On surface you go with the flow but inside of course you wanted to win and not jumping for joy that you lost to a smaller woman

I’m a weak person, so I feel that the average woman could probably beat me, or at least I would struggle to beat them

She had quite an advantage weighing more and being taller, because of the leverage of her arms being longer definitely was to her advantage, I wouldn’t feel that bad against someone that big
