Girls that do gymnastics, does it bother you that guys might get turned on by you wearing your leotard?

I was just wondering because I never got to do gymnastics if girls that do care about the fact that guys might get turned on because of there outfit? Like does it disturb you that a guy might get turned on by this photo or you in a similar one? Also guys what your opinion on this and do you like gymnast girls in leotards? Just curious, thanks!!

girls bodies are attractive, that is first things first. Starting nude artists, draw the female body. leotards show and feature a girls body in the one of the best ways. Lets be honest they are pretty close to a swimsuit. I think if there is anything, girls are really attractive in swimsuits and leotards are for sure their cousins. Leotards, feature the bust, the butt and the curves. It is what it is. They are made for the sport but they also just happen to be like that. Now some leotards are not as attractive as others for example some feature more coverage than others but shiny legless ones can be pretty attractive to us guys. Unless of course we are used to seeing it being a gym teacher or girls couch then that is a completely different story. But guys also know their place, gymnastics and figure skating are respectable sports, there are not going to be any dog whistles if a guy has any self respect but I can't deny that I don't find them attractive

Why specifically legless shiny ones, that seems a little odd, like are you referring to like a similar style to in the photo, like a long sleeve one? I don't know I was just curious to see that you guys actually found that attractive, but don’t you think that if you were in a girls shoes that it would be a little gross? Also what other types of leotards are there, I thought that these were like the only type?

To be a girl thinking about it, it's normal to be in a swimsuit/leotard and it's comfortable and not a big deal

That does not make the female body less attractive to guys though. Girls wear many comfortable things but comfortable clothes can be attractive to guys. A girls shape is what makes her attactive, it's as simple as that. Those leotards feature a girls curves

It does not make sense to girls because they are not attracted to it, it's just a uniform. And it can be a given that men can switch their mind to understand it's a uniform but I'm sure guys still think about a girls attractive figure in the uniform

Yeah I guess, but as a for when I’m wearing a swimsuit I find them very tight around my crotch area and also they are a bitch when you have to go to the toilet, like you have to take the whole thing off or pull the bottom part to the side but then you can easily piss on your hand or into your swimsuit. They also make me feel quite fat as it really shows off my ass, so I’m guessing that gymnasts in there leotards would feel the same way

Can't speak for the girls, but I was a gymnast. I didn't know or care what the audience did. To me they didn't even exist. I was in the zone doing what I do, and nothing outside that existed. I had no idea if anyone was paying attention to my routines. I had no idea if they cheered or clapped. They were non-existent.

I assume the girls are the same. They are probably not paying any attention to stuff like that. They are doing their routine and that's that.

The guys wear snug fitting, but not as snug as the girls wear. And they don't show their butt cheeks.

Keep in mind that gymnastics is not a sport where you directly go against other people. You are going against yourself. You are showing what you can do with your body. You need full control of all parts of your body - from your torso, to your toes, to your fingers. Snug clothes can more easily show that.

With loose clothes you can't really see and judge if the person has proper form. For example you can't see a slight bend of the knee unless the leg is bare, or has snug fitting clothes. In gymnastics you need to control every single muscle at the same time. The judge needs to be able to see that.

Yeah right, it’s just because from the little amount of gymnasts that I’ve seen recently like the girls seem very exposed, I haven’t seen much so maybe you can comment more on this being a gymnast but do the girls often have like wedgies and camel toes during there routines because I’ve seen a bit of that and it just doesn’t look very nice in my opinion

Modern uniforms are a little more skimpy than they used to be, but not by much. It seems like it could be uncomfortable at times, but maybe not. Guys have more stuff that can flop around, so it needs to be held in place. That was never a problem though.

I don't think I'm qualified to answer about comfort for girls though. You do see them tugging their uniform when it if gets hiked up too much.

Yeah true it sounds like guys having to wear them would be worse hahaha. Were like wedgie a common occurrence from what you saw because I know that in a swimsuit they are not fun and we have to tug at them and what about camel toes, because if you could see them that would kind of make me think they aren’t really to great at being comfortable hahaha

Back when I was a freshman in high school, when we had to take P. E., we did a session (about six weeks or so) on gymnastics and tumbling. We were joined by a girl named Stephanie who was a senior at the time. She already had her P. E. credit, so she didn't even have to be there. But every day, she wore a leotard that appeared to be too small for her. She was ALWAYS exposing her rear end whenever she wore those leotards. But it never appeared to bother her. She kept wearing them anyway. She could have worn the shorts and t-shirt uniform that was issued to all the girls in the class, but instead, she wore leotards, which were of HER choosing. I took that to mean that she didn't mind the exposure, whether intentional or not. Needless to say, she got a LOT of attention from the guys in the class, but it never seemed to bother her. She was oblivious to it. She didn't even seem to mind, care, or even notice that her butt cheeks were showing. Apparently, no one ever complained to her about it, so she was allowed to continue wearing them. She had different styles and colors of leotards, but all of them were "cheeky" on her. She could have worn a pair of shorts over them, but only did maybe once or twice. I'm guessing that she had been in gymnastics for years, so she was used to the cut and fit of leotards. So the wedgies didn't even seem to bother her.

Just standard leotards, but I gather that nearly all of hers were a size or two too small. At any rate, she always wore them "cheeks out."

i do like to look at women in leotards and i do get turned on by them but i dont thing women should be any more self conscious than say going to the beach

Yeah I guess that’s true but it’s a little bit different because when we go to the beach we know that like guys are going to look at our bikini bodies but when you are an athlete I wouldn’t of really though that they would like the fact that they are being so sexualised because of there tight outfits and also because of the fact that they have to wear them whereas no one forced you to wear a bikini or swimsuit to the beach

I don't know I guess maybe like pants that cover the lower part of there bodies like the guys wear because I’m guessing that what you guys find attractive about a girl in a leotard but yeah I don't know

nobody would force them to do anything. but if they're not comfortable wearing the official uniforms of the sport they're participating in, it's best that they find a different sport where they can be more comfortable. Only other option would be if you told guys not to look. rofl

I guess that’s true but isn’t it kind of sad that young girls and just women in general would have to stop doing the sport they love just because they have to wear something that they are uncomfortable wearing. I’ve never worn one so it’s hard for me to comment but to me they don’t look overly comfortable but maybe they are I don't know
